Jennifer has experience in dealing with a diverse range of family law matters in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia from separation, divorce, de facto relationships, domestic and family violence, parenting, change of name issues, property, spousal matters, Legal Aid applications, and providing procedural guidance.
Jennifer is an advocate for her clients. Her dedication to providing legal consultation and advice is evident in her several years of providing pro bono services to various Community Legal Centres and members of the community of culturally diverse backgrounds who may not otherwise have had access to legal services.
Jennifer is also experienced in Fair Work Commission matters and has been involved with appearances before the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) and the Commonwealth Ombudsman and matters involving the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
In her down time Jennifer is a jogger, photographer and enjoys creating organic pottery pieces.
