I am extremely happy with the service. Ibrahim got the result. He worked long, hard and did everything in his power to win. He found evidence that I could not, and persevered with extremely difficult documentation. He also supported me in a very humanistic way. And he kept the costs down where possible. I don't think you could really ask for more from your lawyer.

The Team at Buckley Lawyers, have worked extremely hard for myself and son. Without their expertise we would have never had the outcome we had. From the very first interaction, the team at Buckley Lawyers has been outstanding.Matthew responded to my initial email enquiry within minutes. He answered all my questions with clear, succinct advice and outlined an effective plan to address my legal matters.Liam O'Brien took the lead on the first matter. He listened carefully to my concerns and provided clear guidance to navigate the process, achieving a positive outcome.Ibrahim El-Harris handled the second matter with Liam’s support. Despite its complexity and significant hurdles from the opposing side, Ibrahim and Liam—with remarkable patience—negotiated a better-than-expected result.Throughout both cases, Matthew, Liam, and Ibrahim were consistently professional, delivering clear, practical, and timely advice. They were always available to answer questions, simplify complex issues, and guide me with confidence. Their expertise, empathy, and dedication turned stressful situations into successful outcomes.I highly recommend Buckley Lawyers for any legal matter.

Ibrahim did a great job helping me thru a long and difficult settlement. I live on the Gold Coast which made no difference under federal family law. In fact I think it was an advantage not to have a local lawyer handle my case. The quote and the end cost where very similar so it was great to see that along with delivering an excellent outcome they also stuck to our budget. The expertise during mediation was exceptional. I can't thank Ibrahim and his team enough for the support and care they took over my very long and protracted settlement. I highly recommend Buckley Lawyers regardless of your location.

I first reached out to Buckley Lawyers, where I was placed with Mohammed El-Harris to handle the case. With only a matter of 4 days before court, Mohammed was understanding, compassionate, and very knowledgeable about my charge. Mohammed had a clear and very well-prepared case with so little time to prepare. Not only did Mohammed exceed with my case, I was also impressed by the effort and commitment throughout the process. Mohammed was able to have a no conviction listed and a 12-month bond, which in itself was no small feat given my criminal past.I would not hesitate to recommend Mohammed El-Harris from Buckley Lawyers to anybody in my situation. All the best, and thank you for the outstanding result.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these people to anyone that thinks they aren't being heard and being treated like just another number.I had given up all hope after being turned down by multiple solicitors, only due to my voice (which was also speaking for my son) wasn't being taken seriously and favouring the opposition. Then I was put in contact with Buckley lawyers, not only did I feel instant comfort with the way they approached a very difficult situation, they also listened to my story and fought hard till the end... which gave me the final results that was better than I ever imagined, I'm no longer living in heartache and stress and I finally get my son back to carry on living a fabulous life together ❤️To the saviour of my son and my sanity, Ibrahim.Mate I seriously can't thank you enough for your hard work and long hours in achieving this amazing result in court today. My son, family, friends and myself are forever grateful 🙏Not only were you my lawyer, but you've become a part of family.Thank you so much

I must say this has been enlightenment into the legal world ,as it has been a revelation.I am a retired Royal Flying Doctor pilot, and on my first visit it was my intention to research Buckley Lawyers, Philip st, Sydney CBD, as I had only communicated with the director by phone. I wanted to get a feel of the team who were going to represent me. My case was a magistrate issue.I was ushered into the office at the auspices of Mo, Mohammed El Harris. This young man has been a wonder, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. Over the hugely stressful 3 months I had to endure, Mo (fond nickname) has been a pillar of support. His suggestions for my personal appearance in a Magistrate's court were amazingly intuitive.I represented myself on a couple of occasions due fiscal distress. My case was settled under section 14 of the Mental Health act with pleas dismissed, May 08 2023, and I am profusely thankful for Mo's support. He is a rock ,and I am gratefully paying for a slap up degustation 2mrw, for him!We have become friends, and he has shared his wish to pursue family court matters upon my question of his 5 year plan. All I can say to anyone who employs this man, is to be quick as he is going to be snapped up. I can foresee him to be not working as an employee soon, but a Barrister in his own practice and the stars beyond.Pls free to contact me if u want a referral by email.Rgds Mr. Donald Robey

I recently worked with Nic Cruz at Buckley Lawyers on a complicated legal matter. The entire court, police and summons process was quite daunting for me. However, it was my good karma that I got Nic to support me on this. He took the time to make sure I was familiar with the process, understood all my options, and kept me well and truly informed along the way.Nic was reachable (even on weekends) to allay all my concerns. He not only supported me as my lawyer but also was genuinely invested in my well being as a person. Needless to say, he will always be my go-to person for all legal stuff going forwards. I wholeheartedly recommend him and Buckley lawyers.

A friend (another Lawyer) referred my brother to Nicholas Cruz in a matter due to its seroius nature. Nicholas, with short noticed attend court and assisted my brother through the court mention, applying for a Section 32. He then met with us directly after the mentioned and went straight to work. Nicholas obtained his chronological history and outlined the steps that needed to take place in the next 2mths prior to court. Nicholas said on that day that we all had alot of work to do and explained the seriouness of the situation. Nicholas also said he would be there for every step of the process, which reassured my brother and I.Nicholas has done just that, he has been part of each step of the process and has been in contact on a regular basis ensuring we have been ticking off the things that we have needed to do prior to Court. When either of us placed a call, sms or email Nicholas responded that same day, that very same day each and every time. This was highly comforting. In doing this it has given my brother the best chance to go into his case feeling heard by his Lawyer and knowing we have done everything to receive a fair outcome.During this process it became apparent that my brother had long term stressors from work, Nicholas contacted a Workers Compensation Lawyer and assisted my brother through the inital parts of this process as well. This was not something he needed to do, yet he went above and beyond to ensure that my brother has the best chance of moving forward in a positive manner. My family and I are greatly appreciative that we were referred to Nicholas and we go in tomorrow knowing we have given my brother the best chance for a fair outcome.Thankyou Nicholas

Having Buckley lawyers take my case, I didn’t expect much more then what you would expect from hiring a lawyer to take a case, but i got more then a lawyer who is just looking to win a case, a lawyer looking for another trophy in the cabinet. The lawyer I have found in Nicholas Cruz at Buckley Lawyers is someone who is genuinely interested in not only bringing about the best outcome, but is genuinely interested in ME, the person who’s case he is looking to bring about the best out come.Nicholas has shown himself to be someone with not only integrity, but he is genuinely interested in the well being of his clients, he sincerely is someone who actually wants to help others, and for this, I am forever grateful to not only Nicholas for the way that he has handled my case, but to Matthew Buckley, for placing Nicholas on his team.Michael Rowles

Matthew and Nicholas did a great job and managed to have my matter formally withdrawn. Couldn't have been a better result. No hesitation in recommending them to others.

Nick Cruz from Buckley Lawyers took care of a speeding and mid-range drunk driving case for my partner. Both he and Matthew were great to deal with. They were very professional, responsive, friendly and helpful. They would take all calls and answer any questions I had. They also got a great result in court. Very competitive prices. I would definitely recommend this firm.

I was swimming in hopelessness and the team at Buckley Lawyers gave me a raft of hope to float on - they are very professional with a clear plan of attack and strategy, their attention to details was impeccable - assisted me even on public holidays and helped me get my feet back onto dry land. I’d definitely recommend to friends, relatives and people I care about.
