Aleysha is currently undertaking her practical legal training to complete her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with the College of Law. She is soon to be admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Aleysha has a strong interest in and extensive knowledge of family law. She has successfully completed an Honours research thesis focusing on access to justice in family law property disputes and a Masters research thesis examining children’s views and parental alienation in cases where children resist contact with their parents. Her research background provides mher with a unique understanding of the intricacies of family law.

As a young graduate lawyer, Aleysha is dedicated to taking a holistic approach to family law matters. She understands that clients are often personally going through tough times and that navigating the family law system can lead to additional stress. She is committed to being supportive and empathetic while working towards the most favourable outcomes as quickly as possible.

In addition to her interest in family law, Aleysha has welcomed the opportunity to gain experience in criminal law. She has confidently appeared in Local Courts throughout NSW representing clients in criminal law matters.
