Nick completed his Bachelor of Laws (Honours) / Bachelor of Arts (Writing Major) in 2016 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW shortly after. Since becoming a solicitor, he has practiced predominantly in the areas of Criminal and Family Law. He has travelled to various Local Courts in NSW, from the regional Courts of Dubbo and Lithgow, to the Courts of Western Sydney.
Nick is a diligent and enthusiastic solicitor who endeavours to find solutions to your legal problem and achieve the best possible outcome. He understands that your matter is a significant concern in your life and devotes the time and attention necessary to ensure your matter is given the treatment it deserves.
Nick’s family law experience includes parenting (“custody”) disputes and property (“settlement”) cases. He has appeared in defended hearings and settled matters at mediation, as well as communicating with other parties or solicitors to arrive at an out-of-court settlement. He is particularly motivated by ensuring that you receive timely and efficient action in your case, as he knows the impact that delays can cause on your situation generally. In the criminal space, Nick has had experience dealing with clients charged with Local Court offences, including common assaults, drink driving, negligent driving, drug possessions and licence appeals. Nick has had success negotiating with Police to ensure charges laid are proper, as well as having charges withdrawn.
During his spare time, Nick enjoys being outdoors, whether that means going on trail runs, exploring the beaches, and camping. He is also a fitness enthusiast who competes in local CrossFit competitions.
